On March 18, 2025, GWDR signed an agreement with Hefei University of Technology to establish a University Student Internship and Employment Base, marking a significant step in their collaboration on talent development and employment. 

Prior to the signing ceremony, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions. GWDR’s General Manager, Mr. Yang Jun, warmly welcomed the delegation from Hefei University of Technology and provided a detailed overview of the company’s history, business scope, technical expertise, and achievements in the new energy sector. Mr. Yang emphasized GWDR’s commitment to talent cultivation and recruitment, expressing hope that the partnership would attract outstanding talent to drive the company’s growth.

Deputy Secretary Fang Liu of Hefei University of Technology introduced the university’s academic programs, talent development system, and student employment outcomes. He noted that the university is dedicated to nurturing innovative and practical talent. The collaboration with GWDR provides students with access to cutting-edge industry insights and a clear understanding of the skills required in professional roles, enhancing their practical abilities and employability.

Subsequently, leaders from both sides unveiled the plaque for the “Hefei University of Technology Student Internship and Employment Base” and formally signed the agreement. Both parties aim to leverage this partnership to enhance communication and collaboration, create more high-quality internship and job opportunities for students, and explore new models of university-enterprise cooperation to promote the deep integration of industry, academia, and research.
