Post-Delivery: Post project acceptance, the Engineering Service Department offers ongoing consultation and support during and beyond the warranty period.
After-Sales Service System
To provide timely and efficient services, our company has developed the Power SCADA Remote Maintenance System utilizing modern wireless communication and internet technologies. This system enables on-site power monitoring systems to transmit operational data to our database server via a wireless Data Transmission Unit (DTU). Our system supervisors can monitor operations remotely through a control interface, offering a faster alternative to on-site troubleshooting by service engineers. This significantly reduces maintenance costs, minimizes client investment, and achieves a high-efficiency, low-cost service model.
