On March 15, 2015, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the Power System (Zhongfa [2015] No. 9), providing clear guidance to address key constraints and deep-rooted issues in the power industry, promote its sustainable and rapid development, and drive structural transformation and industrial upgrading.

To better understand the dynamics of power system reform, explore electricity sales business models and risk control strategies, and guide electricity sales companies in providing energy services to users, the Technology Development Service Center of the China Electricity Council and the Industrial Sector Power Demand-Side Management Promotion Center organized a specialized training program on “Electricity Sales and Energy Services” in Beijing from September 25 to 29, 2016.

In line with its development strategy, GWDR sent six technical personnel to participate in the training. All participants passed the assessment and received certificates, laying a solid foundation for the company to enhance its services in power demand-side management.
